I drew Finn from Adventure Time for my brother for Christmas, so I thought I’d share.
I really like Finn, so hopefully this did that crazy dude justice. :)

I included some of the steps involved in making the piece. Thumbnails + rough sketch, rough details, clear details, marking off yellow ink areas + testing out cloud ideas and how to shape the rocket blasts, inks, gold areas and under shading for the reds.
And the camera on my phone errored out while taking work in progress shots of anything past the gold and white shot, unfortunately. I took three or four while working on the reds but they were all blank saved images (and I didn’t think to check before continuing).
